After travelling down the half-mile of unmade road towards the property, a private driveway greets you with off-road parking for up to three cars, along with small neat front lawn area before you step into the porch to drop off any coats and shoes.
Unwind within the spacious sitting room where you can cosy up in front of the woodburning stove and enjoy a family film night on the TV.
Prepare tasty meals using fresh local produce in the ample fully equipped farmhouse-style kitchen and settle down with loved ones at the dining table to enjoy the fruits of your labour whilst making plans for the days ahead.
On the ground-floor, guests will discover one of three bedrooms, this one being a double with storage, along with a bathroom on this floor with a bath, shower over, and a spectacular mirror which becomes a TV to enjoy whilst you take a relaxing soak.
When sleep calls you can snuggle up in the double bed in the master bedroom and escape reality whilst watching your favourite TV show; here, there is also a handy chest of drawers and cupboard for storage!
Guests will also benefit from the light and airy twin bedroom and the additional bathroom with walk-in shower on the same floor.

Today Dereham enjoys excellent local amenities, which include Bishop Bonner’s Cottage Museum, the magnificent 13th-century church of St Nicholas, along with a wide selection of high street shops. On the edge of Dereham you can enjoy a journey on East Anglia’s longest heritage railway – the Mid Norfolk Railway, with steam and diesel trains to choose from. Just outside Dereham you can step back in time with a visit to Gressenhall Rural Life Museum and discover what traditional country life was like in Norfolk.
