Enjoying panoramic views to the Sea and nestled above the stunning bay at Sennen Cove, this gorgeous staycation is just a short walk along the coast path to Gwynver beach in Cornwall, and offers comfortable two-bedroom detached bungalow holiday accommodation.

Experience real Cornish life at this charming, pet-friendly detached bungalow set just above the beaches in a coastal hamlet, where couples or a family of four, plus their canine companion, can enjoy the beautiful beach and coastal walks.

Park-up on the ample driveway with space for several cars, before making your way into your new home from home.

Look forward to conjuring up delicious feasts in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and nearby washing machine, ready to enjoy with picturesque garden views and a bottle of wine at the dining table for four.

If the weather is nice, why not make dinner an alfresco affair at the lovely picnic bench in the large garden, whilst your four-legged friend stretches their legs.

After dinner, retire to the light-filled living/dining room, where you can relax on the plush seating as you select a family favourite from the Smart TV.

After a day of seaside fun, wash off sandy toes in the large walk-in shower, before choosing from two well-appointed bedrooms, a double and a twin.

Take the short drive into Sennen and Sennen Cove, where you will find a well-stocked shop, fish and chip shop and a couple of good pubs with restaurants, ideal for when you don’t fancy cooking.

Sennen Cove has an amazing stretch of golden sand and dunes which form behind the beach.

Fisherman still fish from the small harbour on a daily basis so you can watch them bring in their catch, they may even sell you a fresh fish or two!

Land’s End Aerodrome is just a short drive away and as well as spectacular scenic flights, daily flights to the Isles of Scilly are available giving you the opportunity to experience this outstandingly beautiful group of islands in the most southern and westerly part of England.

Don’t forget to have your picture taken next to the famous Land’s End signpost!

There is also the fascinating sight of the Mayon Cliff Ship Wreck, which is not to be missed!.

Ensure your dog doesn’t miss out on getting their paws sandy with a trip to the white sands of Gwynver Beach, dog-friendly all year round and a great surfing spot!

The popular town of Penzance is within easy reach, well known for it’s Penlee House Gallery & Museum and the National Trust Trengwainton Garden, as in Marazion, home to the famous St Michael’s Mount.

All this and more awaits at Wellfield Cottage.

SENNEN

Land’s End 1 mile; St Just 5 miles; Penzance 9 miles.

The most westerly village in mainland Britain, Sennen has a lovely mile-long beach of pure white sand and is a very popular holiday destination. With excellent surfing conditions, the village has its own surf school – overlooked by a super-cool beach bar/restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows which make the most of the wonderful views. Once a hub of smuggling activity, Sennen still retains many secret passages – one of which is said to lead to the covered well in the Old Success Inn. Largely unchanged over time, this lovely village has a timeless appeal and is home to a gallery, a medieval church, an Iron Age fort and a small selection of shops where you can buy beachware, gifts and souvenirs, and a range of groceries. There is also a weekly Farmers’ Market in the village Community Centre each Tuesday morning. During the summer, the beach bar becomes a hub of activity and entertainment, with live music, weekly barbecues and popular surfing competitions.
